The Health Expenses (mutual) scheme put in place is a family and compulsory regime and benefits all employees and equivalent employees.

The 2025 contributions are as follows:

An over-complementary (not responsible) option can be taken out individually by employees. This option allows for better care in certain areas: fees, hospitalization, optics, orthodontics and alternative medicine.
The price of the additional supplement is €19.01/month (direct debit from your bank account).

My pension

The pension plan put in place is a mandatory regime for all employees and similar employees whose contributions are as follows:

The coverage levels are comprehensive, and include:

• The payment of death benefits, education pensions and spousal benefits in the event of the death of the employee
• The payment of a capital to the employee in the event of the pre-death of his spouse, civil union, cohabiting partner
• A funeral allowance in the event of the death of the employee, spouse or dependent child
• The payment of daily allowances in the event of a work stoppage
• The payment of disability pensions
• The payment of a capital in case of accidental permanent disability
