Here are the various possible leaves and absences:
- Paid leave
- Leave for family events
- RTTs or fixed rest days (JRF) & itinerant days (JRI)
- Seniority leave
- Solidarity day
- The “compensation” days
Paid leave
Applicable rules:

Reference period for the acquisition and taking of paid leave: from June 1 in year N to May 31 in year N+1: 2025 paid leave
calendar available here - 25 working days of paid leave for 12 months worked during the reference period
- Order of departures established taking into account, as far as possible, the wishes expressed by employees, and especially their family situation
- The manager validates paid leave and has the ability to refuse it
- Less than a month before the scheduled date of departure on leave, it is no longer possible to change the order and dates of an employee's paid leave, except in exceptional circumstances.
- Part-time employees benefit from the same number of days as full-time employees (calculation based on the working days worked in the company)
Leave for family events
These absences must be taken at the time of the events in question.
